《產業》王品退費機制惹議，消保官：沒誠意

【時報-台北電】王品集團 (2727) 董事長戴勝益昨天公布退費機制，決定只退旗下4個品牌、共23家分店使用到問題油品的品項單價，對此，台中市政府主任消保官康馨壬痛批王品沒有誠意。

康馨壬表示，王品只接受發票退費，且退費止退單品項的單價，實在不太合理，事前雖曾找王品協商，但雙方對退費機制未達到共識，王品片面宣布退費方式，市府則認為只要消費者可以提供發票、刷卡證明等資料證明，就可以獲得退費。

至於退費金額的部分，康馨壬說，王品採單品退費的方式，但消費者點購的都是套餐，如果出問題的是主餐，王品應退還全額，而即便是湯品等附餐，王品也應該依循一定比例退費，「不能用他自己的認知決定退費金額」。

康馨壬說，昨天起已陸續接獲消費者詢問王品退費機制，若接下來仍有消費者對退費感到不滿，也會協助提團體訴訟。（新聞來源：中時即時 林欣儀）
