歐元區銀行壓力測試 25家未過

（中央社法蘭克福2014年10月26日綜合外電報導）歐洲中央銀行今天公布的「資產質量評估」（AssetQuality Review）顯示，歐元區全部130家銀行當中，有25家未通過歐洲央行的最新金融體檢。

評估顯示，銀行資本總共短缺250億歐元（約310億美元），而銀行資產帳面價值需要調整的金額高達480億歐元。

歐洲中央銀行副總裁康士坦希奧（VitorConstancio）說：「這次對最大型銀行部位的空前深度評估，將提高大眾對銀行業的信心。」

他表示：「這應可促進歐洲境內的更多借貸，有助經濟成長。」

歐洲央行這次壓力測試，在130家接受壓力測試調查的銀行中，近1/5未通過。

「華爾街日報」（WSJ）及英國「每日電訊報」（Daily Telegraph）昨天報導，未過關銀行必須在11月10日前補足短缺資金。
