銘傳國中人行道禁菸線 啟用

基隆衛生局於昨(廿四)日上午十一時在銘傳國中，舉辦周邊人行道紫色禁菸線剪綵儀式，請市民朋友們支持響應打造清新無菸環境。

為了保障校園師生、家長及一般民眾杜絕二手菸危害，營造學校周邊人行道清新無菸環境，基隆市政府依據菸害防制法第十六條第一項第四款，公告指定仁愛區銘傳國中周邊人行道禁菸線內，自年九月一日起，為全面禁菸場所，公告之日起宣導三個月，定十二月一日起開始取締，違者依法處新臺幣貳仟元至一萬元罰鍰。

衛生局呼籲民眾，千萬不要以身試法，導致荷包失血！同時呼籲有戒菸念頭的民眾，及早戒菸，更能享受健康人生。
