失聯馬航乘客家屬狀告政府

（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡2014年10月31日專電）馬來西亞昨天傳出首位馬航MH370失聯客機家屬告上法庭，控告大馬政府、馬航、民航局、移民局及大馬皇家空軍5造，除索取遇難者賠償金，也追討精神傷害賠償，但金額不詳。

大馬媒體指出，提告的是大馬商人余運亨的2名未成年兒子（各為13歲及11歲），昨天透過母親告上民事高庭，控告馬航等5造以索取賠償金。

這是馬航MH370客機自今年3月8日失蹤8個月以來，首宗乘客家屬告上法庭案。大馬首相納吉前天曾透露，新階段搜尋活動已經在10月初展開。
