演習流彈誤擊居民陳情

三軍聯訓基地前天進行演訓時，發生流彈誤擊約三公里外民宅的外牆，雖未造成傷亡，但已讓在地居民擔驚受怕。屏東縣議員候選人鍾乙豪，昨天和當地近20位居民，向軍方遞交改善陳情書。三軍聯訓基地政戰主任廖振輝表示，會產生跳彈有許多影響因素，除受強風吹襲影響，另有可能是其它物體碰觸所造成。軍方對於民眾的擔憂可以理解，會將民眾陳情書呈報上級，納入演訓場改善的重要參考依據。
