基隆市長候選人吳武明今天上午舉辦記者會，宣布6位候選人皆已簽定辯論連署書，預計將於20日第1場公辦政見發表會後舉行預演形式的公開辯論會，民眾有興趣皆可到場參與，並於25日第2場公辦政見發表會後，舉辦正式電視辯論會，當天將讓候選人交互詰問，讓民眾看出未來市長的應變能力及真材實料。吳武明表示，因黃景泰被羈押禁見情況特殊，目前暫由弟弟黃景南代為出席，也給黃景泰陣營一個發聲機會。
