索尼拚止血 東京前總部賣了

（中央社台北2014年3月7日電）索尼公司（SonyJP-6758）今天敲定161億日圓（1.56億美元）脫售前總部與1棟鄰近大樓的交易，這是索尼為了替委靡不振的消費電子事業虧損止血的最新資產拋售案。

「華爾街日報」（WSJ）科技部落格Digits報導，這家日本科技巨擘表示，這筆賣樓給住友不動產（Sumitomo Realty & Development JP-8830）的出售案，將使即將到來的4至6月這季營業獲利增加大約100億日圓。

賣出去的大樓裡頭包含醫療事業和其他不同的非消費相關部門，曾是索尼1990至2007年的總部。

索尼正在進行新一輪重整，包括全球裁員5000人、將電視部門分割到另1家子公司，以及賣掉個人電腦（PC）業務。

索尼受到拯救其陷入困境的電視與PC事業成本的衝擊，預期在本月止年度虧損11億美元。

索尼去年出售許多旗下房產，包括以11億美元脫售麥迪遜大道（Madison Avenue）550號的美國總部。

索尼在東京銀座精華區仍擁有1棟高級不動產，不過如果執行長平井一夫（Kazuo Hirai）的起死回生計畫獲得成果，短期內就不會出售。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
