揭露資訊不全 清玉遭罰50萬

中央社 – （中央社記者吳靜君台北11日電）公平會表示，清玉美味公司在招募加盟、締結加盟關係之前，未充分揭露訊息，足以影響連鎖加盟交易顯失公平，處新台幣50萬罰鍰。 公平交易委員會表示，清玉美味公司在招募加盟過程中，沒有充分揭露各種資本設備與裝潢過程的具體項目、費用與指定規格，包含尺寸、品牌與型號•店面完成裝潢後清玉美味公司卻向加盟店追加收取裝潢水電、設備等費用。 公平會說，清玉美味公司基於運送成本考量，對於加盟店下單訂購原物料或商品未達一定數量，即不予出貨，以及基於管理加盟店訂定相關受罰規定，公平會認為，清玉美味公司應事先向有意加盟者揭露該加盟資訊。 公平會說，清玉美味公司也沒有揭露每月廣告行銷費用及其加盟體系上一年度解除、終止契約比率的統計資料。 公平會認為，清玉美味公司未充分完整揭露資訊，將造成有意加盟者不正確判斷，影響交易秩序，處50萬元罰鍰。1021211

「嫦娥三號」成功降軌 準備月面著陸

中廣新聞網 – 「嫦娥三號」昨晚成功更換軌道，從月球100公里的環月圓軌道，降到近月點約15公里、遠月點約100公里的橢圓軌道，準備預定的月面著陸。 這次軌道機動是在月球背面實施，昨晚6點，北京航天飛行控制中心，向「嫦娥三號」注入相關參數。8點37分，「嫦娥三號」進入月球背面區域。9點20分，「嫦娥三號」發動機成功點火，開始實施變軌控制。4分鐘後，「嫦娥三號」重新回到月球正面，根據數據分析，「嫦娥三號」成功換軌。

台灣紅會 援助邦交國帛琉風災

海燕颱風上月在菲律賓造成重大災情，我國邦交國帛琉其實也受災嚴重。中華民國紅十字會日前接獲帛琉總統來信，隨即將信函送往外交部及內政部，並隨即規畫相關賑濟，明天將偕同海軍中和艦展開物資運送，預計18日抵達帛琉。
紅十字會說，本次賑濟物資包括組合屋資材60戶、600加侖不銹鋼蓄、水塔30座、白米16800公斤及泡麵1000箱等，紅十字會同仁昨天已先抵達帛琉，與帛琉政府商討組合屋後續組建事宜。
