示威傷前景 泰國閃電降息

（中央社台北2013年11月27日電）泰國中央銀行出人意表調降基準利率，今年以來第2次，主因日益升高的反政府示威恐危及投資人信心與當地需求，傷害泰國的成長前景。
泰國央行泰國銀行（Bank of Thailand）今天表示，泰國銀行下調1天期債券附買回利率1碼，成為2.25%，貨幣政策委員會成員以6票對1票通過這項決定。彭博社調查的19位經濟師全數預測這項利率將持平。
泰國本週的抗議行動包圍政府部門，並呼籲公職人員加入推翻總理盈拉（Yingluck Shinawatra）的行列。泰國1個月前通過回溯至2006年拉下盈拉胞兄戴克辛（Thaksin Shinawatra）政變的政治特赦案，引發示威遊行，並演變為規模更大的行動。
泰國第3季經濟季增1.3%，不如預期。
曼谷泰華農民研究中心（Kasikorn Research）經濟師皮蒙萬（Pimonwan Mahujchariyawong）在這項決策出爐前指出：「進一步寬鬆還有空間。政治動盪持續下去可能使投資受到延誤，更加削弱第4季的消費。」
彭博社彙編的數據顯示，泰國股市SET指數過去5個交易日累跌近4%，跌幅在亞洲僅次於菲律賓。泰銖今天來到32.12泰銖兌1美元，創9月11日以來最低水準。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
