晶華紀錄片 再獲坎城電視獎

（中央社記者江明晏台北27日電）晶華酒店品牌形象再傳捷報，紀錄影片「Quartet四重奏」獲得「坎城企業媒體暨電視獎」電視報導暨紀錄片類「銀海豚獎」。

法國坎城三大影片競賽之一「坎城企業媒體暨電視獎Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards」日前揭曉，台北晶華酒店委由巫言映像，對2013年9月舉辦的「亞洲天廚、晶華薈萃」美食活動拍攝的紀錄影片「Quartet四重奏」，獲得電視報導暨紀錄片類「銀海豚獎」。

這是晶華與巫言團隊繼去年以「Craft」一片得到最佳企業開幕影片「金海豚獎」後，再次獲得坎城三大影片競賽的肯定，代表台灣名揚國際。

代表晶華出賽並得獎的作品「Quartet四重奏」是記錄晶華酒店2013年9月力邀香港米其林三星主廚梁經綸(Alvin Leung)、東京米其林三星主廚山本征治(Seiji Yamamoto)、舊金山米其林二星主廚柯瑞‧李(Corey Lee)，及世界新銳主廚江振誠等四位來自亞洲、現今於世界廚壇大放異彩的名廚前來台灣，舉辦名為「The Best of Asia，亞洲天廚‧晶華薈萃」美食高峰會的過程。

片中精準地記錄四位主廚相互合作所產生的碰撞與火花，透過鏡頭，讓食客體會世界名廚超高水準的自我要求細節，及準備一場美食盛宴背後所有人的辛苦點滴。1031127

首先說一下 小時候根本不懂事 不曉得為什麼要天天吃蛋餅 那是20年前的事 直接進入重點 麵糊蛋餅其實分成兩大部分 蛋餅 跟 沾醬 現在至少還有些店會賣麵糊蛋餅就不敘敘了 只要不超油不黏不軟不過硬 基本上就是上乘的廚藝了 但問題卻出在醬料 現代的早餐店因為成本 顧客對於辛香料的接受度 還有擠牙膏的快速醬體 早以拋棄傳統的味道 有次在朋友家的店內正好有調味料 就憑著20年前的記憶試著調 調法如下 壺底油1-2湯匙 蔥花5-6個 蒜末2-3滴 辣醬1-2滴 醋2滴 這味道不死鹹 不膩 不辣但有辣香 順胃 吃了兩口 眼淚都快流出來 想到十歲的小時侯的時光 想說特來請教大家有沒有更好的調味法 看有沒有缺了什麼調味料可能會有驚喜 或者比例上可以有不同的變化 謝謝大家 順便問一下 現在會接受古早味醬料的人算多嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.139.21.183 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1417043491.A.BA0.html

標題[討論] 做四休二沒違法嗎?
