張惠妹胞妹Saya於2007年嫁給職棒選手豐偌暉，婚後退出演藝圈轉當賢妻良母，近來瘋傳小倆口感情生變，離婚多時。31日現身開唱的Saya雖拒絕向媒體透露細節，同時也未否認婚變傳聞。

Saya（張惠春）1997年加入女團「阿妹妹」出道，奮戰3年成績不如預期，團體解散後漸淡出演藝圈，2003年她獲邀轉戰戲劇界，憑《名揚四海》成為金鐘獎最佳女配角，隨後趁勢推出個人專輯。2007年8月她帶球嫁給前職棒球員豐偌暉，婚後夫婦倆曾合開啤酒屋，近日卻瘋傳結婚近7年的他們已離婚。

《蘋果日報》報導31日凌晨Saya在「A Bar」夜店演出，耳聞離婚傳言她略帶震驚但未反駁，僅表示：「這邊（夜店）不要聊感情！」結束演出後她神速自後門離開，工作人員更一律三緘其口，被認為是藉沉默間接承認離婚一事。

團購網促銷抽愛瘋 遭爆假的

　　網購方便又快速，團購更可大省荷包，看準消費者追求便宜的心態，購物網站紛紛推出促銷、抽獎活動，吸引網友光臨下單。不過，今(103)年初竟發生消費者中獎，卻被業者取消資格的消費糾紛，讓該團購網活動的真實性備受質疑。

　　新北市一間海鮮團購業者「海鮮舍」，於今年春節前夕在「fever38發燒網」舉辦「圍爐團圓‧穿新衣‧玩新機」促銷活動，廣告說明只要在1月26日前購物滿500元，即可抽最新的iPhone 5S，並召告於1月27日公布得獎名單。

　　一位洪姓小姐在1月26日購買599元商品，並登錄留言參加抽獎，但業者卻未在活動結束後隔日公布得獎名單，經洪小姐多次查詢後，才遲至3月20日公布，洪小姐幸運地收到中獎通知，卻錯失依規定於3日內填妥訂購號碼回覆，被業者以資格不符為由取消中獎資格，憤而向消保官投訴。

　　業者認為，消費者參加抽獎，須先登錄臉書後留言，然後填入業者傳送至消費者手機的一組簡訊號碼做為購買證明，該名消費者留言時沒有提供該簡訊號碼，而中獎後也未回覆當時的訂單編號，故被取消中獎資格。

　　消保官調查發現，「購物滿500元即可參加抽最新iPhone 5S」活動過程疑點重重，除了消費者未收到簡訊號碼外，所謂登錄留言居然是任何人只要有臉書帳號，即可進入留言參加抽獎，業者並無提供一套抽獎程式，作為後續電腦選號開獎用，除了無法指出如何選出中獎人，活動從未送出任何一隻手機，讓人質疑該活動的真實性。

　　消保官進一步表示，抽獎活動過程沒有公開及公正的抽獎方式，也未如期公布得獎名單，整個抽獎活動有太多疑點，因廣告不實涉及公平交易法，全案已移給公平交易委員會調查。同時，網路上常見商品促銷活動廣告，標榜買越多抽獎機會越高，但若沒有公正人士監督或全程錄影，抽獎活動的真實性恐生爭議。
