克萊斯勒IPO 今年不可能

（中央社台北2013年11月25日電）持有克萊斯勒集團（Chrysler Group LLC）多數股權的飛雅特集團（FiatSpA IT-F）表示，克萊斯勒今年還不會啟動首次公開募股（IPO）。

飛雅特今天在聲明中表示，克萊斯勒董事會與承銷商討論後認定，2013年IPO不再可行。克萊斯勒會繼續尋求IPO的機會，可能明年第1季會有進展。

飛雅特在聲明中表示：「我們無法保證是否或何時會啟動IPO。啟動與否，將依市場情況和其他相關考量因素而定。」

在1個聯合汽車工會（UAW）信託基金和飛雅特就公司價值爭論的同時，飛雅特和克萊斯勒執行長馬奇翁（Sergio Marchionne）欲收購這個UAW信託基金41.5%的股權。這個UAW信託基金正在決定是要將持股直接賣給飛雅特，還是持續保有股票到IPO。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
