港電視遊戲節目作弊　兩兄妹囚4及10個月

香港一對兄妹涉嫌以賄款，索取nowTV遊戲節目《撳錢》的正確答案，並串謀詐騙遊戲節目合共約35萬元獎金，案件在東區裁判法院判刑，兄長被判入獄4個月，胞妹則入獄10個月。

兩被告分別為29歲馮建峰及28歲馮建敏，均報稱文員。兩人早前承認串謀詐騙罪名，兄長則另承認串謀行賄罪。

辯方求情指，女被告計劃儲錢與男友結婚，因揮霍過度需要付信用卡數，不敵金錢利誘，又指她的男友才是始作俑者，男被告只為協助妹妹婚事而犯案。

案情指，兩名被告案發時同為nowTV客戶，當時nowTV製作《撳錢》，每集遊戲有8條問題，透過寬頻網絡答中所有問題的參賽者，可以瓜分10萬元獎金。
