南寧投資詐財案 主嫌是宮廟主委

新竹縣、市警方破獲廣西南寧投資詐財案，意外發現，主嫌為頭份宮廟彭姓主委，涉嫌利用信眾對她的信賴，鼓吹投資，落網時，她與信眾堅稱「是投資，不是詐騙」！

彭姓宮主冤枉直呼「沒有這回事！」她說，開廟12年第一次遇到這種事，她到大陸是去扶弱濟貧，到廣東、梅縣「接靈」，順道幫助弱勢，信徒得知都自願捐款，所有款項都有公布，不了解為何被指控？她還說，不曾要信徒捐款，到處幫別人看風水、服務，都是隨喜功德，沒想到卻被「抹黑」。

警方前天上午9點前往，她正穿起道袍開壇，尚未請到「眾神」，警已到場扣得名冊、南寧投資學習手冊、光碟、獎金分配表等，估計3年來以老鼠會方式，吸收上百人參與，吸金數千萬元；前天依詐欺罪共移送19人，檢方訊後以3萬元獲交保。

警方查出，彭女採取傳銷詐騙手法，也引同一宮廟謝姓前主委參與，謝的兒子攻讀碩士，也受引誘投資百餘萬元；還有低收負債者「借卅萬元投資南寧」如今套住。受害人逾百，大都在竹苗縣市。
