美光可望登全球第4大半導體廠

（中央社記者張建中新竹2013年12月4日電）研調機構iSuppli預估，今年全球半導體產值可望成長近5%；其中，美光(Micron)今年業績將可倍增，並躍居全球第4大半導體廠，將是最大贏家。

iSuppli預期，今年動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)市場產值可望成長35%，儲存型快閃記憶體(NAND Flash)市場產值也將成長27.7%。

在記憶體市場強勁成長帶動下，iSuppi看好，今年全球半導體產值可望止跌回升，將達3179億美元，將較去年成長4.9%。

iSuppi預估，美光今年業績可望達141.68億美元，將較去年大增1.09倍，並將一舉躍居全球第4大半導體廠。

iSuppli同時預估，手機晶片廠聯發科 (2454) 今年業績將達44.34億美元，將較去年成長32.1%，將成為全球第14大半導體廠。
