唉 跟同期三個人一起被用完就丟了 簡述狀況 1.傳播公關公司 職位:企劃助理 2.到職日期:102/09/10 通知日期:102/12/04 離職日期:102/12/04 3.試用期三個月 爬文得知最重要需要取得的是 1.資遣費 2.非自願離職證明 3.給付上班期間薪資 我想請問的是 1.試用期還有資遣費嗎，現在好像沒有試用期了對吧 依我在這個網站試算的資遣費 http://kmvc.cla.gov.tw/Trail_New/html/SeverancePay.html 月均薪26000 該拿到的金額是3250對吧? 2.公司為責任制 9:30上班 18:30下班 之前常常會超時工作到晚上8~9點甚至更晚才下班 上下班採簽到制，但是我沒有備份簽到本.... 請問可以要到加班費嗎 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.35.118
