（中央社記者高照芬台北 2013年12月7日電）永慶房產集團為擴大事業版圖大舉徵才，打出前九個月保障月薪5萬元，提供3600名職缺，讓年輕人勇於逐夢，告別窮忙族的行列。

永慶房產集團今天參與yes123人力銀行舉辦的就業博覽會，祭出優於業界的薪資保障，完善的教育訓練，及特別的「班對文化」，吸引人才加入。

永慶房產集團人資處協理李明宗表示，人才是公司最大的資產，永慶提供房仲新鮮人成就夢想的機會，週週舉辦面試會，歡迎挑戰高薪的新鮮人、轉換跑道的各路高手，加入房仲行列。

另外，永慶房屋有十分特別的「班對文化」，鼓勵員工在公司尋找人生的伴侶，成家立業。

同時為幫助房仲新鮮人快速熟悉業務，李明宗說，永慶也提供培育及獎勵計畫，加上360小時的教育訓練，前9個月保障5萬元月薪，學長姊制的輔導，足以讓新人安心學習，成就夢想。
