義國工業總會：經濟停止衰退

（中央社記者鄭傑憶羅馬2013年12月19日專電）義大利工業總會今天表示，經濟終於停止衰退，但是經濟危機留下的後果還在，就像是經過戰爭一樣，整個國家變得脆弱，而且衍生許多社會問題。

工業總會預估，義大利2014年的經濟成長率為0.7%、2015年為1.2%。但是由於經濟衰退多年，要回復到危機爆發前的景況，還需要一段時日。

根據統計，義大利2013年的國內生產毛額比2007年下滑了9.1%，回到1996年的水準。

失業率仍在歷史高點12%徘徊，全國有超過700萬的失業人口，是6年前的兩倍。貧窮人口也達到480萬人，平均每個家庭每年的消費金額減少了5000歐元。

工業總會表示，政府的改革方案不夠有力，無法帶動經濟發展、減少政府債務，尤其是沉重的賦稅讓許多企業面臨經營困難。
