日月光停工陳情書 送達環保局

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄19日電）日月光K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染，高雄市環保局9日口頭勒令停工。廠方停工陳述意見書今天派專人送達高雄市環保局。

高雄市環保局查獲日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染高雄後勁溪，又涉嫌造假排放資料，也被查獲涉嫌私設暗管，9日依照行政程序法102條規定，先口頭告知勒令停工，再書面通知「情節重大，予以勒令停工，請於10日內，提出陳述說明」。

提出陳述說明期限今天到期，日月光下午約4時30分派出生產管理副總周光春攜帶日月光的廢水排放改善計畫等資料和致高雄市環保局長陳金德的信件，送達高雄市環保局的收發處，由收發人員簽收。

周光春表示，廢水排放改善計畫等資料為一式兩份，日月光具很大的誠意提出改善計畫，希望環保局能感受到日月光的誠意。

高雄市環保局對於日月光的文書陳述說明意見書，將再開會討論裁判，如果裁定K7廠應停工，最快於20日裁定，21日發出勒令停工的行政處分書及執行，K7廠的部分產出污染生產線將停工。1021219
