黃世銘2度彈劾未過 監院遭嗆

最高法院檢察署檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，監察院去年11月28日針對此案討論是否進行彈劾，結果以5票對5票沒有通過，昨天(7日)監察院再度討論此案，還是6票對6票，彈劾案二度沒有通過。

對此，民進黨發言人林俊憲今天(8日)表示，檢察官評鑑委員會提出的報告事證明確，但監察院卻還政治判斷沒有通過彈劾。林俊憲認為，如此監察院應該廢掉。

林俊憲說：『(原音)檢評會所移送的資料事證明確，卻輸給了監察院的政治手段，這樣的監察院沒有存在價值，這樣的監察院應該廢掉。監委任期到今年6月底為止，這些監委們是關心還有沒有下一任6年的任期。』

林俊憲進一步表示，為了維護司法尊嚴與國會自主精神，他呼籲朝野立委應該否決今年7月將提出的新任監察委員名單。
