黃世銘年終獎金43萬元 遭立院全數刪除

立法院院會今（14）日三讀修正通過103年度中央政府總預算，一如預期，在朝野立委態度一致之下，檢察總長黃世銘的年終工作獎金43萬1000元遭到全數刪除。

黃世銘引發「違法監聽」及「九月政爭」風暴後，就成為不分朝野立委一致砲轟的對象，在10日由立法院長王金平所主持的朝野協商時，王金平雖然主張不要刪除黃世銘的年終獎金，但卻沒有任何1位在場立委表達支持，最後朝野達成全數刪除的共識。

除了將黃世銘年終獎金全數刪除，朝野立法委員也各自提案凍結特偵組預算2分之1，須先向立法院司法及法制委員會報告後才可解凍。
