我有一個朋友在當售屋小姐 當初並未跟雇主簽任何的勞動契約 該雇主到現在都還沒有支付上個月的薪水 而且已經兩天找不到人了 請問鄉民們 有什麼辦法可以請該雇主付清上個月的薪資? 是直接向地方勞工局申訴 還是直接上法院告他 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.137.250
