《科技》慧榮總座：行動電視SOC、SSD、eMMC、LTE，今年大成長

【時報記者江俞庭台北報導】NAND控制IC廠慧榮（NasdaqGS: SIMO）總經理苟嘉章表示，公司耕耘行動電視SOC有重大突破，今年首度打入日本供應鏈，可望於第二季放量；此外，今年產品線看好SSD、eMMC、LTE將大幅成長。

慧榮搶攻巴西世足賽商機，先前推出ISDB-T標準行動電視產品（mobile TV tuner-demodulator SoC），苟嘉章表示，過去在行動電視晶片耕耘3年仍無法打入日本市場，僅透過韓廠間接銷往日本，不過在去年第四季首度打入日本供應鏈，為首家做單晶片為full receiver，可同時具有四種不同的多媒體接收，預計將於第二季放量，今年該產品線可望大幅成長。

此外，苟嘉章表示，SSD產品儘管進入市場較晚，今年將打入NB主流市場，其他產品線包括eMMC、LTE也將受惠於行動裝置市場成長而有不錯表現。
