網路驚傳有拉麵店老闆娘揪團邀吃「裸體拉麵」！有媒體消息指出，台北市一名拉麵店老闆娘在今（5）日於臉書PO文表示，「晚上在我拉麵店有活動，9點後開始，敢裸的朋友近來吃麵原價，看看的朋友5倍價錢就是這樣，不要再問有的沒的，22點後關鐵門不收客人了，報名截至到下午5點，過時不候。」

對此，有法界人士表示，該老闆娘的PO文舉動已經涉及妨害風化等罪嫌，如對價關係明確，以此牟利恐將面臨刑責。
