補充保費大豐收 股民貢獻72億元

二代健保上路一年，健保署統計，補充保費共收取331億元，與健保署的高推估值接近，其中股民的股利所得一口氣收取了逾72億元最多。爭議最大的兼職所得，發現有5000至6000萬元保費收入，來自每月月薪低於基本工資者，健保署表示，將在4月提出檢討報告，可能對弱勢族群提高收取兼職所得的保費門檻。

補充保費大豐收，健保署統計，到去年底，補充保費實收331億元，民眾、雇主約各半。民眾被收取的六大類所得，原先健保署依國稅資料，預估會集中於利息、租金收入，不過實際收繳後，發現以股利所得最多，共收了72.24億元。其次是高額獎金收了32.53 億元。

其他補充保費收入，依序是租金收入23.2億元、兼職所得18.22億元、利息所得12.56億元、執行業務收入6.19億元。
