奈及利亞法院對四名男同志 施以鞭刑

奈及利亞今年初頒布禁止同性婚姻法，強化對同性戀的司法迫害，四個涉犯同性性行為的男同志，遭到公開鞭刑以及罰款。

奈及利亞北部某些地區，伊斯蘭律法規定，同性戀可以被處死，這樁由國際人權組織揭露的案子，四名被告年紀介於20到22歲之間，家屬都拒絕人權組織協助，寧願走後門求情，因為在奈及利亞，同性戀被認為是一種會讓整個家族蒙羞的行為。原本一月開庭的審判，因為群眾滋擾，被迫延後，要不是警衛開槍，四名被告可能被石頭砸死。
