標題[問題] 沒請假底薪卻少1千多?這樣正常嗎?

請各位大大協助我解惑一下，小弟公司底薪是16500 其他名目都是另外算，二月的薪資條今天剛領到 結果發現底薪剩14372，可是我整個二月(1.26~.2.25) 完全都沒有請假，全勤2000薪資條也有另外顯示， 名字及工號是對的但線別錯了，跟一月份的不一樣， 原本一月份健保有扣446，2月份的卻沒顯示了，空白的 想請問我都沒請假，怎麼二月跟一月分底薪會不一樣? 我星期一會打電話去問，只是想請教有沒有板友有這種 經驗?應該不可能因為二月份放年假工作天數少就扣底薪 吧?我們公司是月薪制的~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.114.12
