什麼是無油活塞式真空幫浦?

幫浦運動結構為活塞式,活塞與汽缸摩擦時不需要使用油做潤滑

優點是:不需要時常保養換油,也不會產生油氣汙染,通常用於半導體設備、自動化設備、真空包裝機、美容儀器、醫療儀器....等

缺點是:排氣量比較小,真空度比較低,排氣量約在50L/min~400L/min左右,真空度約在600mmHg~740mmHg
