張花冠批國民黨核四議題毀憲亂政

針對核四議題，嘉義縣長張花冠今天抨擊國民黨以模糊不清的文字糊弄民意對核四停建的訴求；尤其由國民黨中央黨部文傳會表達對核四停建與否的立場，根本就是「毀憲亂政」。

張花冠指出，國民黨至今並沒有就落實民主及針對停建核四正面回應民意訴求，既不修公投法，連核四停建與否也用詭異的文字迴避，根本就是糊弄人民。張花冠強調，就政府的權責而言，令她不解的是，這個國家什麼時候多了一個「憲政機關」叫做「國民黨縣市長會議」？這個會議是取代了行政院，還是取代了總統和立法院？
