期市外資申請 放寬

為吸引外資參與期貨市場，期交所大幅放寬相關申請規定，包括放寬申請資格、海外個別交易人不須取得FINI ID，就可透過綜合帳戶參與國內期貨交易、簡化綜合帳戶申報規定等三大項，相關規定自6月3日上線。

期交所綜合帳戶制度從95年起實施，已經八年多，逐步吸引國外期貨商來台設立綜合帳戶及參與台灣期貨市場交易。

這次首度大幅放寬綜合帳戶申請資格，與國際制度接軌，同時鼓勵國內期貨證券業者業務國際化，放寬國外交易所結算與交易會員或本國證券商、期貨商持股逾50%的海外子公司，都可向符合規定的國內經紀商開立綜合帳戶；國內期貨經紀商也放寬至符合期交所的個別結算會員財務標準，就可受理開立綜合帳戶。

海外個別交易人也不須先取得FINI ID，簡化綜合帳戶申報規定則調整為每日全數申報後，業者無須再行檢視是否達到申報標準。

這次制度大調整，將降低國內外期貨業者參與台灣期貨市場門檻，並提升境外外資在台灣期貨市場交易的便利性，可擴大吸引外資參與期貨市場。
