男子涉嫌順手牽羊 偷包被逮

新北市永和警分局秀朗派出所警員楊惠升與郭廷泰，今天早上執行永和區福和橋下環河東路堤外便道攤販取締勤務，正當警方開單告發范姓攤販時，瞄見王姓男子（73歲）涉嫌順手牽羊，伸出偷走范姓攤販販賣、價值1200元的土黃色皮包。

范姓攤販表示，也有側隱之心，但見王嫌當場被逮仍矢口否認，決定不原諒王嫌，堅持提告。警方訊後今天依竊盜罪嫌移送新北地檢署偵辦。
