貼放利率 連12季不動

中央銀行昨（26）日召開第2季理監事會議，貼放利率連續12季不變，重貼現率一如預期，維持在1.875%。

央行總裁彭淮南特別針對台灣的實質利率提出說明，指稱和其他國家相較並未偏低，根據今年消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率，央行預測2014年台灣實質利率0.015%，全球其他國家相較，屬於第四高，低於中國大陸、南韓、瑞士。

如以過去一年CPI計算的實質利率更高達0.685%，在主要經濟體中僅次於南韓，排名全球第二高。

彭淮南指出，由於食品價格和國際油價翻揚，推升國內通膨預期，目前主要機構預測台灣今年CPI年增率介於1.25%~1.6%間，主計總處則是將CPI預設值調至1.53%。彭淮南坦言，主計總處調高CPI後，台灣的實質利率「會負一點點」。
