救援中非難民 美援逾億美元

（中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡2014年6月27日專電）美國國務院日前表示，2014年將給予中非共和國1億1800萬美元，供人道救援使用，以協助因內戰逃往鄰國查德與喀麥隆的難民。這比原先計畫多出5100萬美元。

南非新聞網站「時報即時消息」（Times LIVE）日前引述國務院發言人哈夫（Marie Harf）報導，中非超過半數人口急需人道救援。這些金援可以提供難民乾淨用水、食物與緊急醫療服務，同時協助失散的兒童回到家人身邊，全家早日團圓。

她說：「對於中非的鄰國願意接待超過14萬名難民的善行，美國給予喝采。」

中非兩派政黨自從去年1月爆發衝突以來，已造成至少3000人死亡、數千人受傷，百萬人逃離家園，流離失所。

國際人權聯盟（International Federation forHuman Rights，FIDH）最新報告指出，中非危害人權的領導者逍遙法外，罔顧人民正處於水深火熱中。
