標題[問題] 離職要被討回獎金

大家好，小的有一事相問，還請大家多多指教。 狀況是這樣的: 在六月中時，主管發了一筆錢說是"預支獎金"。 有獎金單，戶頭匯入的名目也是獎金。 但當下並無任何條文或說明離職後須繳回。 只說這是跟公司預支的概念，等於是先欠公司的。 而在今天跟主管確定要離職的時候，卻跟我說因為你離職所以需要將這筆獎金繳回。 照這概念來講，豈不是就算你做了10年後離職，也需要將這筆獎金繳回? 感覺十分的不合理，所以上來詢問大家的看法，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.136.68.13 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404498359.A.AB9.html
