《國際社會》福島6.8地震，解除海嘯警報

【時報-台北電】日本氣象廳12日凌晨發布地震報告，指太平洋邊緣的福島縣發生規模6.8地震，另警告部分地區有可能發生海嘯，但在地震發生後一小時，氣象廳指出除海面上升20公分外，並未出現滔天巨浪，因此已解除警報。

日本放送協會(NHK)報導，這次地震在福島縣至少造成3人受傷，包括一名68歲歐巴桑腳骨折。

福島核電廠表示，經過檢查，電廠內外並無異常。日本地震規模登錄有1-7級，本地震等級為4，意味不可能發生大規模損害。

氣象廳指出，宮城縣石卷市海邊水面升高20公分，東北海岸各地點皆是如此，原先警報的福島、岩手、宮城3個縣可能發生1公尺高的海嘯，並未出現。

因為2011年東日本大地震的驚人損害，東北數城鎮有發布疏散命令，但隨著氣象廳解除警報，疏散令也隨而取消。

美國地質學家指出，這次地震深度為10公里。(新聞來源：旺報即時 潘勛)
