美情報官員:親俄叛軍訓練不足誤擊馬航

匿名美國情報官員22日表示，在烏克蘭出事的馬來西亞航空MH17班機應該是被訓練不足的親俄羅斯分離主義分子擊落，但動機和發射飛彈者身分還不確定。該官員指出，大韓航空班機1983年被蘇聯戰機擊落、美國海軍1988年擊落伊朗民航機，都是誤擊前例。
