電腦銀幕變黑之後重開機

電腦常常在執行程式的時候會突然畫面變黑,然後又回復正常
但是在狀態列下方右邊會出現
"顯示器驅動程式停止回應，並已恢復,顯示器
驅動程式 NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 340.52停止回應,並已
順利恢復" 此狀態列

但會一直重複變黑後就會變成沒銀幕然後電腦就重開機

請問這種狀況要如何解決?
