陸客自由行18日起開放10城市

內政部下午公布，陸客來台自由行將於8月18日起開放設籍於大陸地區的10個城市，分別為哈爾濱市、太原市、南昌市、貴陽市、大連市、無錫市、溫州市、中山市、煙台市及漳州市等10個城市，得申請來台從事個人旅遊。

內政部依大陸地區人民來台從事觀光活動許可辦法的規定，修正大陸地區人民來台從事個人旅遊的指定區域，並自8月18起生效。內政部表示，政府自2011年6月起，開放第1批陸客來台自由行，迄18日將開放第4批，預計今年陸客來台自由行人數將突破100萬人次。
