加州手機防盜法案 近拍板

（中央社台北2014年8月12日電）彭博報導，在加州參議院投票後，要求蘋果公司（Apple Inc. US-AAPL）和三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics Co. KR-005930）等智慧型手機製造商，新增防竊的毀滅開關技術法案接近拍板。

民主黨占多數的加州參議院昨天以27比8的票數，通過所謂的「毀滅開關」（kill switch）法案，目前送交到加州州長布朗（Jerry Brown）簽署。這項法案要求新手機初始化設定跳出安裝提醒，消費者可將這項技術設為預設值。

撰寫這份法案的舊金山民主黨參議員萊諾（MarkLeno）在聲明中表示：「我們的目標是以迅雷不及掩耳的速度，打擊最猖狂街頭犯罪之一的智慧型手機竊盜。」

智慧型手機竊案隨消費者使用跟著成長。根據萊諾，手機竊案占舊金山所有竊案的超過65%，奧克蘭則占75%。

現年76歲的民主黨籍州長布朗收到法案後，將有12天來作決定。明尼蘇達州已在5月頒布類似法律。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
