大同掏空案董座林蔚山二審加重改判8年

大同集團董事長林蔚山被控掏空集團17億元，用來填補私人投資的通達國際公司虧損，一審被板橋地院依證券交易法等罪判處4年6月徒刑; 台灣高等法院上午二審宣判，合議庭認定林蔚山涉犯的證交法背信罪，犯罪金額在1億元以上，改判他8年徒刑，併科罰金3億元，另外林蔚山一併被控的公司法未繳納股款犯行，被判10月減為5月徒刑，普通背信罪被判6月減為3月徒刑。全案還可上訴最高法院。
