試辦國5差別收費 五結人明抗議

交通部高速公路局明天將試辦國道5號差別收費措施，五結鄉多名地方人士號召明天到國道旁抗議，表達不滿。

高速公路局要在國道5號實施差別費率，引起不小反彈；五結鄉縣議員參選人張明華、鄉代廖啟賢等人發起「宜蘭人站出來」的816抗議行動。

張明華說，交通部不尊重地方意見，試辦差別收費措施，讓宜蘭人有二等國民的感受，他認為縣府對交通部的建議很好，「應以鼓勵取代懲罰」，開放離峰時段免費，鼓勵用路人避開尖峰時段。

鄉代廖啟賢批評交通部的措施，未從人民的思考角度出發，反而增加用路人負擔，降低民眾到宜蘭旅遊消費意願。

他們號召民眾明天上午8點16分，在羅東交流道出口齊鳴喇叭，表達不滿。
