85歲失智老翁　竟擁35顆散彈、328枚雷管

房屋竟成火藥庫！一名周姓男子標到一處被基隆地方法院民事強制執行的房子，沒想到清理時竟然發現，房屋內竟藏有35顆制式散彈及328枚制式雷管，嚇得他趕緊報警。

警方獲報後查出，該房屋原本為新北市83歲俞姓老翁所有，35顆制式散彈及328枚制式雷管，也為俞姓老翁所有；但由於俞姓老翁目前已呈失智狀態，因此無法提問。

對於，俞姓老翁為何會有35顆制式散彈及328枚制式雷管，俞姓老翁的兒子表示，「父親曾擔任基隆市射擊協會理事！」過去也曾向警備總部申請雷管，打算建造養殖場，相關火藥是當時留下的。

全案經檢方偵結後，認定被查扣的35顆制式散彈及328枚制式雷管未有改造情況，且經俞姓老翁家屬陳述，並非未經許可而擁有，因此不構成《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》，予以不起訴處分。
