基本工資 徐秀滄盼本勞外勞脫鉤

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2014年8月25日電）基本工資審議委員會將擇日再開。台灣區機器工業同業公會理事長徐秀滄表示，希望本國勞工和外籍勞工的基本工資，可以脫鉤。

基本工資審議委員會今天登場，因部分細節未定，會後決議先由勞動部就基本工資調整後對雇主增加的支出、對邊際勞工衝擊等加強對外說明，29日下午2時再開審議委員會。

徐秀滄表示，基本工資對台灣機械產業本國勞工來說，沒有太大意義，因為機械業本勞每月薪資，已超過基本工資。

徐秀滄認為，本勞和外勞的基本工資，應該脫鉤，外勞基本工資調漲，會增加台灣機械產業廠商的負擔。
