國泰金控 進軍菲國銀行業

（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉2014年8月27日專電）菲律賓證券交易所（PSE）1份報告證實，台灣國泰金控有意收購菲律賓中華銀行（RCBC）的少數股權。

證券交易所報告說，菲律賓中華銀行正與國泰金控洽談購股事宜，但還沒有達成最終協議。

另方面，菲律賓中華銀行也在1份聲明中說，他們和國泰金控之間簽有保密協議，在交易完成之前不便透露細節。

聲明稱，「在取得較多進展之後，我們會呈報證券交易所。」

稍早前，彭博（Bloomberg）報導說，國泰金控正在收購菲律賓中華銀行20%至30%的股權。

截至今年6月底，菲律賓中華銀行是菲律賓資產第6大民間商業銀行，全菲共有443家分行、1177部提款機。
