請問我快30歲了，我想學空手道或跆拳道

感覺跆拳道很帥，空手道比較實用

平常有在運動的習慣，身高173，體重67，男生，想請問我這年齡學哪個會比較適合?
還有因為我怕跟很多小朋友一起我會尷尬，但我又沒有任何基礎

想請問在新竹有開設成人班的嗎? 收費大概多少 ? 訓練的時間是甚麼時候??

希望是以竹科附近或新竹市為主，因為每天都還要上班到6點多

我在網路上也看過很多資料了，但年代都有點久遠，所以才重新問一下
