《科技》德儀推新款MCU，強化穿戴裝置產品設計水準

【時報記者江俞庭台北報導】德州儀器(TI)宣布，推出具有更大記憶體、更多功能和更高整合度的46種全新超低功耗MSP430 FRAM微控制器(MCU)可進一步擴大最低功耗微控制器產品組合，並讓計量、健康與健身及穿戴式應用設計水準更上一層樓。

德儀表示，其MCU具備可擴展性，擁有最大存儲容量達128KB的非揮發性FRAM記憶體，並包括智慧類比整合設置，如擴展掃描介面(ESI)和轉換速率為200KSPS時僅消耗140μA電流的差分輸入類比數位轉換器(ADC)。

為實現超低功耗和高整合度，德儀將優化其MCU，創造出業界最低運行功耗、待機功耗和週邊功耗的MCU。該款MCU的寫入速度無可匹敵，擦寫迴圈次數比快閃記憶體解決方案多100億倍，因此，任憑時間怎樣推移，其記憶體始終能降低功耗、提高資料精確性，甚至還能延長產品的使用壽命。FRAM可提供記憶體靈活性，無需預先擦除段便可達到bit-level，因此能夠記錄即時資料，並且更快速簡易的完成無線韌體更新。
