心測中心：基北區免試零抽籤 沒問題

基北區宣布明年不辦特色招生考試分發，並要求教育部能保證全區免試「零抽籤」。台師大心測中心主任宋曜廷指出，經過模擬，會考十級分的量尺分數已足夠使用，應該可以避免抽籤問題；但他不保證不會增額，因為即使過去基測量尺80分的情況下，也會出現增額，但他研判每校增額人數可控制在個位數。

宋曜廷說，以今年會考三等級四標示來說，同分人數就不多，明年超額比序可使用會考標示轉換積分，且在比無可比的時候，可以再比會考十等級量尺分數，建中、北一女最後同分人數會只剩個位數。
