業者主動通報 新北再罰光頭呂300萬

位於新北市新莊的元家企業，從今年1月起至今，向光頭呂抓餅達人即紅象食品有限公司，進蔥抓餅販售，昨得知光頭呂使用全統香豬油後，今天一早8點就打電話給新北市衛生局主動通報，新北市衛生局今天也前往元家企業旗下兩家子公司瞭解使用流向，並封存近700公斤的光頭呂蔥抓餅。

新北市食品藥物管理科長林冠蓁表示，紅象食品明知道還有下游，卻隱匿未報，將再依法裁罰紅象食品300萬元。
