【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】立陶宛商業日報《Verslo Zinios》周四刊登歐洲央行總裁德拉吉的專訪，德拉吉預期在歐洲央行最近推出的激勵措施提振下，歐元區下半年的經濟將溫和成長，並承諾在必要時，央行將採取更多行動。

德拉吉在專訪中警告，地域緊張局勢升高，可能削弱企業與消費者信心。但他也表示，因烏克蘭危機對俄羅斯實施的制裁，以及俄國的反制行動，目前為止對歐元區經濟的衝擊有限。

他表示，結構性改革不足，可能拖累經商環境，是歐元區面臨的風險。根據今夏的初步資訊，歐元區的經濟情勢略較預期疲弱，不過，今年下半年可望溫和成長。

他並重申，歐洲央行已準備好在必要時，進一步動用職權內的非傳統工具，並調整非傳統干預措施的規模或組合。德拉吉表示，他不認為歐元區會上演日式通貨緊縮，因為兩地情況不同。
