添加生質柴油政策 經濟部擬重新執行

國內廢食用油管制漏洞百出，外界質疑，這與經濟部「柴油添加生質柴油」政策喊卡有關，每年兩三萬噸廢食用油無處可去。為此，經濟部次長沈榮津上午在立法院報告時指出，將重新考慮執行柴油中添加生質柴油政策。

環保署估計，台灣一年大約產生六萬到九萬公噸的廢食用油，當中約有三分之一轉做生質柴油，但柴油車業者反映，使用生質柴油，容易造成油路堵塞，為了顧及車輛安全，經濟部能源局今年5月取消柴油當中必須混摻生質柴油的規定。

沈榮津表示，生質柴油屬於再生能源，為國際上積極推動的潔淨能源，能源局已邀請專家研究，希望在2015年底前能找出造成油路堵塞原因，如問題解決，柴油添加生質柴油的政策就會重新上路。

外界認為，經濟部暫停添加生質柴油政策，導致廢油無處可去，流入食品鏈當中。沈榮津解釋，檢調在去年就開始偵辦這次餿水油事件，顯見這跟政策喊卡無關。
